  Super Mite/Upper Mite/D-Mites

         Typically for players with one-two years hockey experience.  Suggested for ages 6-7 years.

• 3 on 3
• 8 league game
• 10 players per team
• Players should have game experience
• Each team will receive one hour of shared practice before league play begins. 

League Information

1. Jerseys will be provided. 
2. All referees will be USA Hockey certified. 
3. USA Hockey and MAHA rules apply. 
4. Each team must provide one adult to either operate the score clock or penalty gates.
5. Players will not be allowed to play down a level.
6. To the best of our ability, teams will be formed equally. Traditionally, teams formed by coaches perform better.
7. Practices will be played at your home rink.
8. When playing other home teams you will play at your home rink.

Correct email address in 'notes' section of registration form required.  State 'No Email' if you don't have email to be contacted by phone.   Players will be contacted to inform them when their first scheduled ice time will be.   Please indicate 'Goalie' in 'notes' section.

                                 NEW FOR COACHES 

If you would like to coach a team, you must be USA hockey certified, or be subject to a background check. Please send a copy of your USA Hockey Coaches card with your child’s registration or drop it off at the Elk River Arena. Please send your rosters to lestby@ci.elk-river.mn.us by the registration deadline. Mini Mites can have a max of 13 and all other levels a max of 10 (including goalie).

Breakaway will be scheduled on 8/9. You will be notified of your team/schedule by 8/12.
